Working closely with Dylan was an enlightening experience towards understanding my body's relationship with breathing. Initially I was experiencing digestive issues, chest tightness, air hunger, and muscle pain in my shoulders disrupting my sleep, so I worked with Dylan to navigate these challenges.

Through our collaborative efforts, Dylan helped me discover profound insights into the underlying beliefs shaping my breathing habits. I had unknowingly developed misconceptions, believing that mouth-breathing could provide more oxygen and that deep chest breathing was good breathing due to the perceived importance of the lungs in the process.

On a personal note, I was fortunate to spend one on one time with Dylan where we covered, in more depth, CNS regulation through breathing. This included breath protocols for; morning and evening routines, and physical training to aid in recovery speed, flushing CO2 and increasing endurance. We also covered breathing mechanics, and the impact of improper breathing. I learnt that I had poor breathing habits, developed over time; skip breathing, chest(costal) breathing to name a few. Aware of these deficiencies I consciously correct posture, at rest, and maintain a consistent breathing rhythm. I have also adopted nasal diaphragmatic breathing as the primary means of respiration for life. Over time these small changes and inclusions have made a significant improvement to my physical & mental performance and general well-being.
